If it’s a mild winter this contract works out great for the client. This is the common pay as you go deal. The client only gets billed if it snows and our crews normally get sent out after 1-3 inches of accumulation.
Pre and post salting/liquid de-icing are options that can be worked into this agreement.
If the winter comes back with a vengeance this contract is ideal. The client gets billed a flat rate for the entire season. Our goal is always to break the ice without breaking the budget and to ensure this we do offer discounts if it turns out to be a mild winter.
Snow removal and post-storm ice management services are included in this arrangement.
The Winter Works is whatever agreement works for you. The ICEBREAKERS team deals with a wide variety of clientele. Some clients prefer per-push agreements, others prefer seasonal agreements and some combine both to fit their needs.
When designing your snow and ice control plan our team will create a strategy that’s completely customized to your operation's requirements and budget.
President
With over 40 years in the snow removal industry Greg could take on the next ice age with a shovel and a bag of ice melt! He started providing the tri-state area with snow removal through his company Evergreen Landscaping in 1979 and hasn’t stopped since. He’s serviced industry giants like Walmart, Wawa, Lowe's and Home Depot. He’s also helped keep NJT train stations running smoothly during the winter months for over 20 years. ICEBREAKERS is here to lead the industry and Greg is the leader to make that happen.
Director Of Sales
They say some walk before they crawl. In Gregory’s case he skipped crawling, picked up a snow shovel and got busy working. With his time working in his father business, knowledge from university, and experience running his own operation, he’s helping build the family’s vision of creating the number one snow and ice control company in the United States.
IT Director
We call John the winter warlock because he’s a wizard when it comes to systems and solving problems in general. Whether it’s an engine or a software program he’ll keep it running smoothly. If there’s ever an issue he makes the problem disappear right before your very eyes like magic!
Director Of Operations
Nick gets things done no matter what it takes. We guess that’s what 25 years working in the police force does. It also makes one extremely good at logistics and managing resources. Combining all of the above, he’s making it his mission to see ICEBREAKERS run at peak performance. With his track record, error is never an option.
Lead Dispatch
She might look sweet but she’s tough! Being behind the wheel for hours on end in winter weather conditions is hard but being behind the phone and computer keeping those drivers on course is even harder. Mary Anna is the glue behind the scenes that keeps it all together. With over 20 years in fleet management she’s a skilled navigator in any storm.
